We can all use a little extra help sometimes. That is why Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E) offers the Energy Savings Assistance Program. This program provides home improvements, at no cost, to help keep your home more energy efficient, safe, and comfortable.

Your house or apartment must be at least five (5) years old. Both renters and owners are eligible.
Western Heating & Cooling is an Authorized PG&E Contractor in the PG&E Energy Savings Assistance Program.
MEASURE
INSTALLATION
& DELIVERY
Once customers are enrolled in the ESA (Energy Savings Assistance) Program and Energy Education has been completed, installation of qualifying weatherization measures (e.g. LED light bulbs, weatherstripping, smart thermostats, etc.) and delivery of qualifying appliances (e.g. refrigerator(s), washing machine) is scheduled.
Western Heating & Cooling is an Authorized PG&E Contractor in the PG&E Energy Savings Assistance Program.
QUALITY
ASSURANCE (QA)
PG&E, RHA, and/or Western Energy Services will inspect a percentage of all projects to ensure quality installation and customer satisfaction.

Whether you’re installing new central AC equipment or replacing existing heating and cooling equipment, a quality installation of high-efficiency equipment can lower your energy bills, increase comfort in your home, and extend the useful life of your equipment.

MAINTENANCE
Dirt and neglect are the top causes of heating and cooling system inefficiency and failure.
According to ENERGY STAR, you should maintain your equipment to prevent future problems, unwanted costs and keep your heating and cooling system at peak performance by having a contractor do annual pre-season check-ups.
Western Heating & Cooling is a particiapting contractor in the PG&E AC Quality Care Program.
QUALITY
SERVICE (I.E. REPAIRS)
There is a flat, up-front fee of $85 for all repair estimates ($35 trip fee and $50 diagnostic fee), which includes the time to drive to your home and diagnose the problem with your heater or air conditioner. If you choose to have repair work done, you may apply the $50 diagnostic fee toward the cost of the repair
